Below are FAQ’s on our delivery service to help answer any questions you may have. If there are any other delivery questions you would like answered, please fill out the form on our contact us page.
1.How much does delivery cost?
Great news, all orders to UK Mainland include FREE Royal Mail 2nd class delivery service. We aim to deliver orders received before 12.00 Monday – Friday within 2-3 working days.
*2nd CLASS POSTAGE IS ONLY GUARANTEED BEFORE CHRISTMAS IF ORDERS ARE PLACED BY 20th DECEMBER*
Orders received on a Saturday and Sunday are dispatched on a Monday.
Please note that if you would like 1st class delivery then there is an additional £3 per item charge for this service.

If you place an order for multiple items to the same address, we may be able to offer 1st class delivery – please contact us direct to discuss this.
2.Do you offer a next day delivery service?
Yes, we do offer Royal Mail guaranteed before 1pm next day delivery service if you place your order by 12.00 Monday – Thursday. The cost of this will vary based on the number of items and weight; indicatively this is going to be about an additional £8.50 per item. To get an accurate price please contact us direct. Please make sure someone is at your chosen delivery address as a signature will be required.
3. What if the recipient isn’t at home when the postman arrives?
If the recipient is not at home when the postman arrives, a calling card will be left and the postman will leave the parcel at the Royal Mail sorting office for up to 10 days. The calling card will show the address and phone number of your local sorting office.
4. What time will my delivery arrive?
Royal Mail deliveries are made 7am -5.30pm Monday – Friday and before 1pm on Saturday. Unfortunately, it isn’t possible to guarantee an exact delivery time.
5.Can you deliver outside the UK?
We are able to deliver abroad. If you would like to send one of our gifts outside UK Mainland, then please contact us with your order details to understand the cost of delivery.
6. Deliveries to offices, hospitals, universities and other places that will use a reception.
Before placing an order please contact the establishment to check their delivery policy. Our carriers can only be responsible for delivering to the reception point and it may not be possible for the recipient to sign for the parcel themselves.
Once signed for, it is the responsibility of the establishment to ensure the gift is passed onto the recipient in a timely manner.
7. What if a product is out of stock?
We are able to source out of stock products within 7 - 10 days. Once we have the stock your gift will be dispatched.
